In business for almost 20 years, Sunbelt Business Brokers Pacific (“SBBP”) is a wholly owned operation of Pacific Mergers and Acquisitions Inc. (“PM&A”) of Vancouver BC.
Since 2020, PM&A’s focus has shifted to the lower Middle Market with transaction values in the $2MM to $100MM and when focussing on this market segment, it is not practical or economical to also cater to the “Main Street” market with transaction values below the $2M and often under $1M. This is a large market in BC.
With a strong foundation established by PM&A over almost two decades in “Main Street” (transactions under $1M where buyers are non strategic, non synergistic) SBBP will continue to benefits from well-developed systems and processes to excel in the Main Street Business Brokerage market of British Columbia.
To capitalize on this exciting growth opportunity, we are looking for a motivated partner to lead the new restructured SBBP brand. Under our guidance and mentorship you will have the unique opportunity to learn, grow, and ultimately acquire full equity in the company.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter and entrepreneurially spirited individual with a strong background in business development, people management, and overall business skills. You should possess a deep desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the company.
